Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide a team of Key Account Managers, providing daily support and direction to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies for scaling offline B2B retail acquisition, targeting a diverse range of retailers, from small businesses to modern trade.
  • Leverage your experience in acquiring and retaining a retailer network to optimize our sales approach and build lasting partnerships.
  • Utilize your existing connections and network with modern trade retailers to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience, tapping into synergies for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting team performance, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling offline B2B retail acquisition, with a track record of success in diverse retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring and retaining a retailer network, ranging from small businesses to modern trade.
  • Established connections and network within modern trade retail channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and Thailand’s market is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Develop, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, aligning with our brand identity.
  • Create compelling content for Twitter, focusing on building and nurturing a loyal online community.
  • Produce visually appealing graphic designs for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry developments, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
  • Research and plan content ideas, ensuring they are relevant to our target audience and consistent with our brand voice.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in creating captivating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of community building and audience engagement strategies on Twitter.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign development and execution, with an emphasis on social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and Thailand’s market is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

Background

Local Boy’s is one of Thailand’s top cannabis brands. Focusing only on local cannabis products, Local Boys has stood out since its inception in July 2022. The brand moving towards larger goals

Local Boys are serious about sourcing amazing local flower and creating quality products. However, marketing content is less serious, mainly fun, goofy and ironic. Artwork and branding is clean and professional, while video content can be chaotic and spontaneous

The Local Boys Brand Manager will need to have feet in both worlds, finding the balance between the professional and the artist. This is the ideal job for driven creatives with a spirit for building quality brands and products. 

In 2023 Local Boys will release new edibles, new merchandise and possibly their own unique cannabis genetics. 

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Work with the Bloom product team to guide branding, artwork and products
  • Work with a team to create fun content for social media platforms
  • Assist the Bloom commercial team 
  • Plan and help direct photoshoots
  • Plan and execute great content ideas
  • Launch new products and run special events across Thailand
  • Connect with and work alongside influencers

Experience and education

  • Bachelors degree preferred
