Task & responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibilities

– Calling on cannabis wholesale customers to give successful presentations for decision making buyers that result in the sales of cannabis products
– Grow sales by working directly with wholesale customers to identify needs
– Present, promote and sell product to prospective and existing customers

About the role

Creating a beautiful and seamless website to maximize user experience is our goal. We are looking for a WordPress Specialist with a keen and creative eye for someone who is well versed in WordPress to optimize web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all pages.

You will be working closely with our marketing and SEO team to build and maintain a search engine-friendly website.

Founded in 2021, Bloom is Thailand’s leading cannabis marketplace & dispensary with a wide range of CBD and THC products. We both develop our own products, as well as sell other popular brands. we were positioned well in the SERP when the legalization of marijuana arrived.

Your role as a SEO Specialist is to keep up the rankings we already have, and find new keywords to top-rank on. The domain has been live for a year and is starting to build up authority in the field, which gives you a superb opportunity to take Bloom to the next level. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and mentored by an experienced SEO consultant.

Task & responsibilities

– Responsible for executing the SEO strategy for Bloom and it’s sub-brands. – Manage English and Thai content writers.
– Execute SEO tasks such as meta data, keyword research, content opportunities, internal linking, images, schema.org etc.
– Monitor the organic performance, deliver in-depth traffic & conversion reports.
– Monitor, track and report on search metrics and demonstrate SEO’s impact on wider business KPIs
– Work with the rest of the Bloom team and link building agencies to proactively achieve new links.
– Support other team members in developing a high standard of quality content and metadata.
– Provide competitor analysis and highlight areas for improvement and/or best practices.
– Stay updated with regulatory and product requirements to ensure our SEO and content activities use compliant language and techniques.
– Identify and order technical changes of the WordPress theme to the technical team.
– Performing ad-hoc SEO tasks.

Who are we looking for?

– Minimum 3 years of hands on experience as a SEO Specialist/Manager
– Well versed in English writing and native in Thai.
– Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Drive.
– Understand and follow written instructions.
– A proactive mindset of always working towards the best performance of the site and different links opportunities.
– Experienced with WordPress.
– Running your own side-project is a plus.

About the role
As a telesales, you will be doing cold calling to outbound B2B leads to pitch them on becoming a reseller for Bloom’s products in their stores. Alongside telecommunication pitches, you will also be required to meet customers to close deals when needed. Clients in this line of work range from dispensaries, cafes, spas, and supermarkets.

Tasks & responsibilities
– Manage and deliver sales performance via telecommunication and face-to-face meetings with retail partner stores (B2B Sales).
– Conduct inbound or outbound consultation services and sales activities regarding CBD product and cannabis products.
– Proactively identify and source outbound leads through website / google map search and cold callings.
– Gather and analyze deal profitability on Google Sheets.
– Provide invoicing and collect payments from customers.

Who are we looking for?
– You have knowledge about cannabis would be preferable but not required.
– 0-1 year of telesales experience would be preferable but not required.
– You can convey ideas effectively in oral Tele-sales skill and persuasive/effective pitch skill.

Tasks & responsibilities
– Facilitate talent acquisition processes from JD preparation to recruitment and terminations.
– Assist all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.

As a Store Manager, you will hold ownership of the front counter team as well as build, develop and make sure strategies are properly executed at the store.

Tasks & responsibilities

– Lead and develop store team to deliver excellent customer service, meet operational standard, and achieve sales target.
– Initiate retail activities to successfully achieve target.
– Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, product & promotion knowledge and merchandising.
– Forecast stocks and ensure stock availability across all stores.
