Line chats are an entertaining and personal experience… and don’t forget the stickers and emojis. How do we deliver such seller-to-customer experience for our customers at scale?

Head of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Operations who will scale our internal processes while ensuring excellence towards our customers, ranging from order acceptance to the unboxing experience.

In particular:

Sales via chat

  • Thai consumer love to simply purchase via social media chat
  • Manage our sales agents and train them in clever conversion optimization and upsell strategies

Order Management & customer service

  • Ensure smooth order-flow between Bloom, our vendors and customers
  • Process order edits, refunds etc

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in eCommerce or process driven roles
  • You have an intrinsic motivation to understand complex challenges and a hands on approach to getting things done
  • You are fluent in Thai and English
Product Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist who will scale our production processes, and support us in offering the highest quality legal Cannabis products to Thai consumers.

In particular:

  • Source suitable manufacturers and manage communication
  • Ensure production is meeting deadlines for maintaining stock levels
  • Coordinate and manage production team and ensure that quality standards are met

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in product manufacturing, packaging or a related B2B industry
  • You are a hands on and a quick thinking problem solver
  • You enjoy a challenge and manoeuvring between multiple stakeholders
  • You are driven by deadlines and like to get stuff done
Head of Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Customer service who has a passion for delighting people. Customer service at Bloom goes beyond regular after sales services and aims to educate customers and help them choose the right CBD product for their needs. This role owns overall responsibility for the development, performance and maintenance of the customer service activities for Bloom.

In particular:

  • Creating a culture and processes for delivering superior customer service leading to delighted customers and promoters of our brand
  • Implement customer service effectiveness measure e.g. Net Promoter Score) – CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
  • Using customer insights to identify product improvements and presenting these to stakeholders and peers.
  • Identifying new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in managing operational customer service teams.
  • Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the business
  • Team lead and/or relationship management experience 
  • Believe in the culture of freedom, accountability, and integrity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Thai & English
