Each 1 ml of SEYA Relax contains 33 mg of cannabidiol. Place a few drops of the oil under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds and swallow. There is no standard way of taking CBD; it varies from person to person. You may want to start with 0.5 ml per day (18.5 mg) and keep at it consistently for a week before changing the dosage. Then, depending on how you are feeling, you may up the daily consumption for better results or go for a higher-concentration CBD oil, such as Rest or Relief. Do note that while you may see some effects shortly after taking the oil, more tangible, lasting benefits take a good few weeks to build.
